Moving Forward (Not Moving On) doesn't sugarcoat the truth. Miscarriage is traumatic, and it's a type of trauma that we rarely discuss. Author and miscarriage doula Arden Cartrette understands the need for support and guidance to move through grief after the emotional turmoil of loss. In this book, she offers validation and practical strategies for surviving, coping, andβeventuallyβthriving again. You'll learn how to manage triggers, navigate social interactions, and reclaim your wellbeing, bit by bit. With empathy and expertise, the author helps create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your experiences, process your emotions, and find hope for the future.
